NEW COMPETITION RULES
Under the Competition Law, the Commission for Protection of Competition
(hereinafter: the “Commission”) has authority to fine companies for the infringements
of competition rules up to the amount of 10% of their annual turnover worldwide.

New classification of business activities
As of August 12, 2010, the Agency for Commercial Registers ("ACR") has been applying
a new classification of business activities pursuant to which the code and description of
prevailing business activities of all companies, entrepreneurs and other legal entities and
physical persons registered with the ACR has been changed.

This past May, from the 22-26th in Boston U.S.A, the Partners of Law firm, Dusan Stojkovic and Andrej Prekajski attended the 132nd International Trademark Association(INTA) Annual Meeting, one of the largest and most prestigious meetings of the international trademark community, where they, alongside 8,000 participants from more than 190 countries took advantage of five days of educational programs, committee meetings, exhibits, social events and networking opportunities.
